Situated on a sustainable working croft, it is possible to order a generous welcome hamper of home-made products including vegetables and fruit grown using organic principles, eggs, home-smoked salmon, bacon and cheese, baked ham, cakes, organic bread and preserves, beef and chicken, plus much else. Sukie and Bill chefs and restauranteurs can cater for any requirement whether simple suppers to ease your holiday arrangements or cater for that special occasion, family party or even wedding.

Taylor made courses are available throughout the year including: Home-Smoking - in just two days Bill will teach you to build a smoker, brine and cure fish, meat and cheese and eat it! Aga Cookery demonstrations - share Sukie's passion for good simple food using the very best ingredients mostly from the croft but all from the immediate locale. She shares her favourite dinner party recipes that helped her become 'Rural Chef of the Year'.
